Introduction

The super SLR dual pivot design of the Shimano R451 road bike brake keeps operating friction to a minimum, improving braking performance. The 57mm drop is measured from the central mounting bolt to a virtual point between the pads, which aligns with the centre of the pad at its lowest point.

• Must be used in conjunction with ST-4600, ST-4603, ST-5700, ST-5703, ST-6700 or ST-7900 STIs for correct leverage ratio
